Pitch Deck Agencies in Europe: The Best Picks for Founders Raising From European Investors | Female Entrepreneurs
TL;DR: Pitch deck agencies in Europe range from per-slide design services that start at €29 a slide to fundraising advisors who charge a flat fee for a full seed deck. Pick a studio that knows your investors' market and language, insist on an editable file you can update between meetings, and if you apply to the EIC Accelerator, lock the deck before you submit, because the jury interview runs on that exact file. Every agency below is based in Europe, and every fact about each one comes from its own website.
Pitch deck agencies in Europe sit closer to your investors than the big American studios do, and for a bootstrapping founder that closeness pays. A pitch deck is the 10 to 20 slide startup funding presentation you send to business angels, venture capital (VC) funds and grant juries before anyone agrees to a call.
As a founder who has built companies without a big cheque, I treat a deck agency as a short paid project with one goal: more first meetings. So I looked for studios that work in our time zones, speak our languages and price in euros or pounds.
How did I choose these agencies?
I used four filters, and every agency on this list passed all of them:
Based in Europe, confirmed on its own site. I read each firm's legal notice, imprint or contact page. EU, UK, Swiss and Norwegian firms qualified.
Investor decks listed as a service, plus at least one detail I could check: a published price, a timeline, a process or a named case.
A live website that loaded for me in October 2026.
A spread of formats and budgets: design studios, a solo fundraising advisor, a template shop and a pitch coach.
I left out software tools, freelance marketplaces and firms whose location I could not confirm. Prices and claims appear as each agency states them.
2. UnicornPitch
UnicornPitch is an on-demand design and content team for pitch decks, run by doppeldeutlich GmbH in Gräfelfing, just outside Munich. Its website says the founders launched the service in 2016 and that more than 6,000 companies and partners have used it.
The pricing is the reason it sits high on a list for bootstrappers. According to its website, pitch deck design starts from €29 per slide, master slides from €49 per slide, documents such as one-pagers and executive summaries from €99 per slide, and infographics from €299 per slide. You configure the order to fit your budget, and the site promises fixed delivery dates, defined correction rounds and a personal account manager.
On top of design, it sells two content services: "Content Pre-Design", where its team structures and places your existing text, and "Content Work", where it builds extra messages from material you supply. The site runs in German and English, and the team signs an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) on request.
Best for: German-speaking and early-stage founders who want a professional finish on a deck they already wrote, at a price per slide they can see upfront.
3. Slidor
Slidor is a Paris presentation design agency, registered at 10 rue Chaptal in the 9th arrondissement, with a phone line for North America as well. Its pitch deck page says more than 500 startups have trusted it with their deck, from pre-seed to exit.
What makes Slidor unusual is who runs it. Founders Jérôme and Jérémy Bestel describe themselves as business angels and limited partners in Paris venture funds, and the agency says it holds stakes in tech startups. That gives the team a reader's view of the decks it designs. The site also states that every designer is on a permanent contract and that Slidor never uses freelancers, in France or abroad.
Projects run 2 to 4 weeks, according to its FAQ, with rush jobs possible. Slidor delivers in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Pitch and Figma Slides, and it can rebuild your brand identity while it redesigns the deck.
Best for: Founders raising in France, from pre-seed onwards, who want a design team that understands how Paris funds read a deck.
4. Buffalo 7
Buffalo 7 is a UK presentation design agency with offices in Manchester and London, trading under Hype Presentations Ltd. Its about page says it has been doing this work for over ten years, and its portfolio includes investor deck examples at seed stage and at Series C.
Its investor presentation page carries one case worth reading: Altitude Gin, an alpine gin brand that set out to raise £450,000. The co-founder's testimonial on that page says the company secured £585,000, 30% above its expectations.
Buffalo 7 leans hard into storytelling and live delivery. It also runs storytelling training and virtual presentation skills training, which helps if you pitch the same deck on stage and on video calls.
Best for: UK founders and consumer brands who want a bold, story-led investor deck plus training for the team that presents it.
5. Perfect Pitch Deck
Perfect Pitch Deck is the one-person practice of Alexander Jarvis, who lists Lisbon as his location. It covers decks for seed startups, Series A to C startups, VC funds and investment funds, plus one-pagers and deck reviews.
The pricing is clear. According to his site, a seed deck costs $3,000 with one-week delivery, and you receive an editable PowerPoint, a PDF ready to send and a guide on investor outreach. A one-hour pitch deck review call over Zoom costs $500. He describes a background in investment banking M&A (mergers and acquisitions), venture building and VC fund work.
Expect blunt feedback: his method centres on whether an investor will actually read each slide.
Best for: Founders who need the story and the fundraising logic fixed, and who prefer a senior advisor over a design team.
6. KeyDecks
KeyDecks is a pitch deck and presentation design studio based in Barcelona, Spain, according to its legal notice. Its site says the team comes from Big 4 consulting (PwC and EY) and venture investing, including Y Combinator experience, with more than fifteen years of designing investor decks and board materials.
It builds seed to Series B decks with a clear investor storyline, in two versions: a send version for email and a present version for meetings. Charts and tables stay native in PowerPoint so your team can keep editing them, and delivery is in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Figma.
The process suits busy founders. You fill in a two-minute brief, and KeyDecks says it returns a fixed scope and price within one business day. A typical 10 to 20 slide deck takes about two weeks, and rush delivery in under a week is possible when your content is ready.
Best for: Data-heavy startups whose traction, cohorts and financials need consulting-grade charts.
7. PresentationLoad
PresentationLoad GmbH is a German presentation agency and template shop based in Nierstein. Its pitch deck page cites more than 25 years of experience and more than 5,000 presentations.
It builds pitch decks and investor presentations "from the investor's point of view", sharpening story, positioning and argument before design. It also runs speaker and pitch training aimed at investor conversations, so the deck and the delivery get worked on together.
The template shop is the budget door. The homepage advertises more than 500 ready-to-use PPTX templates, which lets a bootstrapping founder buy a professional base and save the agency budget for the round after. Note that the shop sells only to businesses, the self-employed, public bodies and schools.
Best for: DACH founders (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) who want a German-speaking agency, or a template now and full service later.
8. MLC Presentation Design
MLC Presentation Design Consulting S.r.l. is a Milan agency that calls itself Italy's leading presentation agency and the home of its "Lean Presentation Design" method. It offers presentation design, team training and a PowerPoint add-in that automates repetitive slide work.
For founders, MLC publishes a book called Startup Pitch Presentation on structuring an investor pitch and managing investor expectations. Its free graphic assets portal helps if you build your own deck first.
The site runs in Italian and English, and most showcased work is corporate, so ask for startup examples before you sign.
Best for: Italian founders who want a local agency with a written method, or teams that want training so they can update decks themselves.
9. Pitch My Startup
Pitch My Startup is a Paris pitch coaching company based at WeWork Labs on avenue de France. Founder Jeremy Navon has coached more than 5,000 entrepreneurs over ten years, in French and English, according to the site.
This is a coach, so think of it as the partner for the spoken part of your pitch. Its coaching runs over four sessions, online or in person, anywhere in France and Europe, and ends with a filmed version of your pitch. It also gives clients its own tools for building the pitch and slide deck.
The entry point is friendly to small budgets: a free 15-minute audit, where you upload your pitch and get a debrief within 48 hours.
Best for: Founders who face a live jury, demo day or investor Q&A and need to sound as good as their slides look.

What changes when your deck goes to the EIC Accelerator?
If you plan to raise a grant before equity, the EIC Accelerator, the European Innovation Council's funding programme for startups and SMEs, has its own deck rules. According to the European Commission's EIC Accelerator FAQ:
Short proposal: a 10-slide presentation and a video pitch of up to three minutes.
Full proposal: a pitch deck in PDF, with no maximum number of slides and no required template, plus a video pitch of up to three minutes.
Interview: 45 minutes in total, a 10-minute pitch followed by 35 minutes of questions from the jury.
Same file: you pitch the interview with the same deck you submitted in your full proposal.
That last rule changes your brief: the deck has to read well alone in PDF and carry a live 10-minute pitch at the interview, with no chance to fix a slide. None of the agencies above advertise EIC work on their sites, so ask each one for a grant or jury deck they have built. For the grant writing itself, our sister site grant-grants.com covers EU calls and deadlines.
How do you choose and brief a pitch deck agency?
Next steps, in the order I would take them as a bootstrapping founder:
Write the story yourself first. Draft the problem, solution, market, traction, business model, team and ask, even in plain bullets. Rehearse that story inside the Fe/male Switch startup game before you pay anyone to design it.
Decide what you are buying. Design only (UnicornPitch, KeyDecks, Slidor), story and fundraising logic (Perfect Pitch Deck), or delivery coaching (Pitch My Startup, Buffalo 7 and PresentationLoad training).
Match the agency to your investors. A Paris fund, a Munich angel group and an EIC jury read in different languages and expect different detail.
Ask for a fixed scope. Compare quotes on slide count, revision rounds and deadline.
Insist on editable files. You will change traction numbers after every meeting. Ask for PowerPoint, Google Slides or Figma, plus a PDF.
Sign an NDA if you share financials. Slidor, UnicornPitch and KeyDecks all mention NDAs on their sites.
What does it cost? From the prices these agencies publish: UnicornPitch starts at €29 per slide for design, so a 12-slide deck starts around €348 before content work. Perfect Pitch Deck charges $3,000 for a full seed deck and $500 for a one-hour review. The other studios quote per project, so collect two or three quotes.
What timeline should you plan? Slidor states 2 to 4 weeks, KeyDecks about two weeks for 10 to 20 slides, and Perfect Pitch Deck one week for a seed deck. Book the agency at least a month before your first investor meeting.
FAQ
What does a pitch deck agency do?
It turns your fundraising story into a clear, designed investor presentation: structure, messaging, slide design, charts and, at some firms, pitch training.
How much do pitch deck agencies in Europe cost?
Published prices on this list run from €29 per slide for design at UnicornPitch to $3,000 for a full seed deck from Perfect Pitch Deck. Slidor, Buffalo 7, PresentationLoad and MLC quote per project.
How long does a professional pitch deck take?
One to four weeks: Perfect Pitch Deck states one week for a seed deck, KeyDecks about two weeks, and Slidor 2 to 4 weeks.
Which pitch deck agency suits a bootstrapped founder?
Start with UnicornPitch's per-slide pricing, a PresentationLoad template, or the free 15-minute audit from Pitch My Startup. Save full-service work for a priced round.
Can a pitch deck agency help with an EIC Accelerator application?
Yes, if they design for the EIC rules: a PDF deck that reads well alone and carries a 10-minute live pitch. Ask for a past grant or jury deck first.
What format does the EIC Accelerator pitch deck need?
According to the EIC Accelerator FAQ, the full proposal deck is a PDF with no slide limit and no template, and the short proposal deck has up to 10 slides. You pitch the jury interview with the deck from your full proposal.
What is the difference between a pitch coach and a pitch deck agency?
A pitch deck agency works on the slides and story. A pitch coach, such as Pitch My Startup, works on how you deliver them live and answer questions.
Should I sign an NDA with a pitch deck agency?
Sign one if you share financials, cap table or unreleased product details. Slidor, UnicornPitch and KeyDecks say on their sites that they sign NDAs.
Which file format should a pitch deck agency deliver?
Ask for an editable source file plus a PDF. Slidor delivers in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Pitch and Figma Slides, and KeyDecks in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Figma.
Do I need a different deck for European investors?
Keep one story, and adapt language, currency and local proof points to each market. An agency based where your investors sit knows those readers first-hand. For the pitch itself, read how to pitch investors as a woman founder.
